Development team is led by a Doctorate in Food
Science and consists of Certified Culinary
Scientists, food technologists, and technicians who
are passionate about the safety and quality of our
products. They create trend inspired flavor
solutions and match existing flavor profiles. When
it comes to sauce and dressings, just ask us, WE CAN MAKE IT! Our
team is known for their efficiency, advanced skills,
attention to detail, agility, and of course their
delicious creations. They are dedicated to helping
our customers through the process of creating a
product that fits all of their needs. |

Culinary Expertise
Pepper Source has a team of culinary
experts who are here to speak for the food. Our
Director of Culinary Innovation’s knowledge is
utilized both externally and internally with our
development team. By combining knowledge of various
cuisines and emerging food trends at all levels
(fine dining, restaurant, food industry, retail,
etc.), we are able to create flavor profiles that
are relevant to our customers today and prepares
them for trends tomorrow. Our Corporate Chef works
alongside our technical, sales, and marketing team
to ensure we provide the best products for our
customers. Additionally, Pepper Source has
implemented an Innovation Kitchen at our Rogers, AR
location. We welcome customers to visit our facility
to work together on concepts, products and ideation
while in the Northwest Arkansas area. |
