Quality Control Technicians Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain food quality and reliability of product. Batch Mixer Mixers blend ingredients into custom products by verifying ingredients, loading ingredients into mixer and adjusting valves or devices during mixing process. Forklift Driver Forklift Drivers operate propane powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, boom, lift beam and elevating platform, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move ingredients, products, equipment, or materials. Operational Sanitation Operational Sanitation personnel keep working areas in production departments in clean and orderly condition. Industrial Maintenance Industrial Maintenance personnel install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems. Human Resources Human Resource personnel perform Human Resources related duties on a professional level by recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions. Information Technology Information Technologists install, modify, and make repairs to computer hardware and software systems, and provide technical assistance and training to system users. Inventory Inventory Technicians compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material and supplies. Batch Staging Staging personnel stage ingredients for production by reading production schedules to determine ingredients to be gathered for weighing/measuring to prepare the batch.
