Vice President of FSQA, Barbara Smith, will serve as
the 2019 President of the Arkansas Association for
Food Protection. AAFP is the Arkansas Chapter of the
International Association for Food Protection, which
is an impressive region containing some of the
world’s largest food companies. Barbara’s dedication
to food safety and her natural leadership qualities
are unparalleled, and we are happy to share her
expertise with our fellow surrounding food

On April 21, 2014, Pepper Source was honored as the
Supplier of the Year 2013 at a luncheon held in Springdale,
AR at Tyson’s corporate office. Specific successes
recognized were: our 2013 Food Safety Modernization Act
Preparedness Initiative, our contributions to the Tyson
Meals on Wheels program, and our excellent order fulfillment
record.
